You will notice that many photos & posts will be deleted from both my Facebook Photography Group & My Business Photography Page.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
I will no longer be posting identifiable photos of babies & small children signed consent or not.
Please be warned that the notice below may be upsetting. However, in light of this, I do not want to take chances with these sweet babies & kids. With this being said, I will clean off my photography sites, and no longer post sneak peeks on social media.
My galleries on my website will now come with passwords again, and not be open to the public, even with consent!
⏰📍This may take a bit to get all the photos gone through and all the galleries locked. If you try to access your gallery, and cannot get in, please text or message me for the password as I may not have your information available! I have many years worth of galleries on my website! But, don’t worry, they will always be accessible like I stated in your contract.
🚨Attention🚨
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing Al-generated CSAM depicting "fictional" children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. So, we should probably talk about the recent federal court ruling involving Al-generated child sexual abuse material..
The court ruled that the federal government cannot criminalize the private, in-home possession of obscene Al-generated CSAM under the statute at issue so anyone can go and use any picture of a child's face or body and make child sexual abuse material and it is completely LEGAL.

I cannot fathom how any of that could ever be legal!
I hope you all understand, and take active measures to protect your children in the same way. It’s a sad world we live in that we cannot share photos of our babies with eachother anymore! Private social media accounts are no longer as private as we think!
