ATTENTION 🚨
There is an issue that we need to address before the Fall Season really ramps up.
👉🏻Our ordering system doesn’t store any of your payment or personal information for your protection of course. When filling out your order it is imperative that YOU double check the information being entered especially when it comes to your Mailing Address.
The “Pre-Fill” feature on our Computers and Phones can really be a lifesaver sometimes. That is if the information is up to date. Unfortunately though over the past few years the issues surrounding this feature entering out-dated information during checkout has resulted in many Print Packages being delivered to old or incorrect addresses.
We do so incredibly much to protect your children’s photos and to make sure they are only Seen and Received by their families. When these mistakes are made by clients at checkout this puts the privacy of your children’s photos at risk.
We are asking everyone to simply Double and Triple check the information being entered at checkout. In the past couple years we’ve spent hundreds trying to help these situations be resolved, but moving forward it will be the Client’s Responsibility to pay any reshipment fees required by the Printing Lab for any print packages being returned the lab.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide you with amazing services all while keeping your family’s images safe and protected.
