Ever start a project and immediately wish you would have maybe gone smaller for the first time trying something but now you’re in it so it’s time to woman up and commit 🙋‍♀️🤣

Project update! The amount of beads this is going to take….🤣 all part of the journey right.

Making time throughout my week to pause for a creative break and essentially zone out to the beading in this project has been a new experience for me. I’m trying a different approach to my craft in the hopes that I’ll break bad habits of follow through issues. Normally if I can’t complete something in one sitting it goes straight to the graveyard of projects incomplete. So in this new journey to learning me I’m trying out different strategies to see what feels right. So far I’ve noticed the pressure lift and the fun come back in play and I love it.

It’s interesting what you can learn about yourself when you listen within instead of should-ing all over your life. Remember that the info is out there on mental health and how to heal but it’s yours to sort through and know what is right for you. Not everything is going to be for you, life is more like an à la carte menu. Experiment! And know it’s ok to say that doesn’t work for me and find what does.
