One of the biggest debates in the photography world is why photographers don't deliver RAW images.
The answer is simple: because a RAW image isn't the finished product. It isn't my vision.
When I press that little button on my camera, my job isn't over. It's only just beginning.
I take your images home and pour hours into them. I adjust the light, enhance the colors, shape the mood, and bring out the emotion that I saw the moment I took the photo. I'm not just editing a picture, I'm creating a piece of art.
Sure, every now and then the stars align. The sun hits perfectly, the location is flawless, and an image barely needs a touch. Those moments are wonderful... but they aren't every session.
Most of the time, the magic happens afterward. Every adjustment is made by hand with intention. Every edit is done to tell a story and create a feeling, not just to make a photo look "pretty."
