Emily said yes to Jordan in front of the glowing skyline in The Lincoln Park Nature Boardwalk on the south pond bridge. Fall is by far is my favorite time of year to shoot ANYTHING! Only about a week left to grab photos@in the reds and yellows!

Actually on top of the world, while feeling on top of the world is a pretty surreal place to be. Andy asked Lauren to marry him at The Robey Chicago Up Room as the sun began to set. Their family flew into Chicago to celebrate and get the very first hugs after their big moment.

Leah said yes to Jack in the garden at The Lincoln Park Conservatory. We got lucky and had a warm day to walk the park and get some lovely shots with them and their fantastic families that flew in to celebrate! The colors are finally arriving and I’m looking forward to getting some yummy oranges and yellows at this weekend shoots!

A vintage preview of Jennifer and Matthew’s Chicago wedding in Edgewater this past weekend that features 2 elements of architecture at their wedding venue Colvin House . One of the ways that I try to deliver something unique to all of my couples is that I create an image that I’ve never seen done before at their venue for each wedding. In a long era of Pinterest boards I feel like weddings have become a copy and paste approach of other photographers creativity and I’m determined to break that even if it’s just one image I can deliver from my vision and my vision only.

On a windy Wednesday at Olive Park, Katy said yes to Tom after coming all the way from London to run in The Chicago Marathon. Katy is completing her 7 Majors and what a sweet way to complete it by traveling with your fiancé who comes to cheer you on along the way.
