Animal lover and advocate, some of my best days are spent lazing around with a cat or dog (or two or three) next to, or on top of, me. Bottle baby (neonatal) kittens who have lost their mama are a special focus of mine. Not a huge fan of coffee, but you had me at the word “latte.” Music speaks to my soul. “Pride & Prejudice” with Kiera Knightly is my absolute favorite movie…I would watch it every

day if the men of the house would allow it. I really connect with Elizabeth Bennett in many ways, but the true connection is when she says, “…I dearly love to laugh.” Laughter exudes, brings, and spreads joy. Good humor, not at the expense of others, and funny people and animals bring me so much joy! And then, there is my love for photography. Nature, families, babies…oh, how I love babies! I love to try new techniques and improve my skills, while continuing to focus on capturing your moments…the looks, connections, your heart overflowing in expressions and actions. Don’t forget laughter! It is not unusual for me to say something that gets an honest reaction or two from you and your family (I can be sneaky like that). Hello! In case we haven't met yet, my name is Cindy. I am a photographer that loves capturing maternity, newborn, milestones (including cake smashes) and family photography. I have a private studio in Canton, GA with all the props we need for the little ones plus a client closet full of gowns for the ladies.

5 fun facts about me:
1. We have 25 animals. Yes, you read that correctly. LOL! 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 miniature donkeys, 14 chickens, 3 ducks and 2 turkeys. The inn is full!

2. I love anything crafty. I love making, building, creating...it makes my heart happy. Drawing is my obsession. :)

3. I love plants and flowers. I am always amazed at the different patterns and colors plants are made of.

4. I am an empty nester. It took a couple of years to acclimate.

5. I love to read and will listen to audio books when driving longer distances. Keeps me attentive and entertained.

I almost didn't post this one...why? I don't know. Maybe because it's outside of my normal...my normal posing, normal gown/fabric, you don't see her face, etc. HOWEVER, I love this image because it is showing just how strong and powerful a woman's body is. That while carrying and growing a life within, this beauty is still able to manage feats like a handstand (which I have never mastered!) I am always in awe of moms-to-be...their resilience, love, and strength.

1st birthdays only happen once in a lifetime, and so it just makes sense to make a big deal out of it! A cake smash session can be as chill or as over the top as you'd like it.
