Thank you to all my amazing clients for your patience as you wait for your photos! A great deal of care and attention goes into editing each image to ensure they are absolutely perfect for you.

What you don’t see during post-processing is the behind-the-scenes magic it takes to bring everything together. Often, not all the kids are smiling at the same time (hello, composite images!), there’s leftover snack evidence on their faces, they get their outfit dirty, runny noses and red, puffy eyes. From phones in pockets, wind blown hair, blemishes, grass or dirt on clothing, ect. On average a professional photographer might spend 5-30 editing a single photo, depending on the complexity of the image. Sessions taken at staged venues tend to take more time depending on the set, lighting, and editing out tedious details. Simpler shots like landscapes take less time per image depending on lighting and the circumstances. Every detail takes time to edit, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I work to deliver beautiful, polished images that you’ll treasure.

I also want to thank you for your patience as I navigate a serious family emergency. I’m working around the clock to catch up on editing and will notify you personally—via text first—once your gallery has been sent. If you haven’t received a message from me on any platform, it means your photos are not quite ready yet. Responding to individual updates can take away from my editing time, which is extremely time-consuming, so I deeply appreciate your understanding.
