Stuck in august when I wanna go back to may in south carolina.

I love how I took Taylor & Dakoda to downtown charleston and we just frolicked around and took some pictures lol.

It’s never that serious with me, and I never put any pressure on you & your partner to be “perfect” in front of my camera. I make sure that you’re both comfortable and having fun while we’re together because why not have a good time while capturing one of the most important times in your life?

Getting ready photos matter.

Sometimes I get the occasional “we don’t want you for getting ready photos” and my heart shatters a tiny 🤏🏼 little bit.

What do you mean you don’t want this moment captured? Your mom, best friends, or hell it could even be your partner helping you get into your dress. Or you guys can get ready together!

This moment solidifies that this is real. That this is actually happening. You have finally found the one person in the world that sees you. Loves you. And you are getting ready, for them.🩷

It deserves to be documented.

My favorite thing about my job is you.

Getting to witness the love you share, and to witness the people you want to share it with. That’s the magic. Of course I love the color schemes, the wedding attire, and so much more.

But when you hire me to photograph your special day, my #1 priority is making sure you are getting the best experience and having the best damn day of your freaking life. I want it to be the most beautiful thing you have ever been apart of. Because that’s the bare minimum for me.

And as a result, you’ll receive photographs that will last you more than a lifetime to share with the ones you love most.

Your engagement session can be whatever you want it to be.

It doesn’t have to have some special meaning if you don’t want it to, we can go to a random arcade OR it could be where you had your 2nd date!

This is why I take the time to get to know you before your session day. I want to bring your images to life by picking specific locations, outfits, vibes etc that will spark your memory of how you fell in love.

And let’s be real most of my locations are fun meaning you’ll have fun too🤪

If you’re someone who fears being infront of the camera, listen up.

Just be yourself! Pretend no one’s watching & I’ll be there to guide you throughout the process.

You should hire someone who will make you feel safe & grounded. Not somebody that intensifies your nervousness.

I always tell my couples that you can’t do anything wrong. If something looks unnatural to me, I’ll just switch it up and move on. There’s no need to sweat!

I take pride in being silly & goofy at my sessions in order to make you let loose and have fun with me. Because your session shouldn’t have you feeling like a stiff board. You should be frolicking, giggling, snuggling, etc! Aka having the best time of your life together because life is too short not too.

Congrats to the Civitate’s!

I was literally surrounded by the sweetest wedding party, guests, family etc. all night long. It was such an amazing day filled with so much love, laughter and tears. I loved every moment and I was so honored to have captured it.🥹
