It has been such an honor to have been voted Best of the Lake Photographer every year since 2018. However, we truly believed this year we would be passing the torch.
We have not photographed a single session since September 27, 2025. The day Brad received his diagnosis, everything changed. The calendar cleared, the camera was set down, the late nights of editing, the laughter at sessions, and the joy of delivering galleries all paused as we shifted our focus to his health, our family, and simply making it through each day.
So, you can imagine our surprise and overwhelming gratitude when we found out we were voted into the Top 5 for Best of the Lake.
We have not been advertising.
We have not been booking.
We have not been behind the camera.
And yet you remembered us.
In a season where we have felt uncertain about so much, that reminder has meant more than any award ever could. It tells us that what we built together over the years was never just a business. It was connection. It was trust. It was the sacred privilege of being invited into your most intimate and meaningful moments.
To every bride and groom, every senior, every growing family, every client who became a friend, thank you. Thank you for allowing us into your lives, trusting us with your memories, and continuing to stand beside us even when we have been quiet.

We do not know exactly what this next chapter looks like, but we are holding onto hope with everything in us. We hope to be back behind the camera soon, doing what we love, serving the community that has loved us SO faithfully, and capturing the moments that matter most.
From the deepest part of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, praying for us, and carrying us through this season. Your love has been a light for us in some very heavy days, and we will never forget it.
