Need to update some frames? A fresh school portrait? Professional quality photo for your homeschool records? Or just want to document how much they’ve grown this year?

I’m opening up the studio this month for a series of Child Portrait Sessions with a limited number of bookings at special petite session pricing. These sessions are designed to be quick, fun, and authentic.

No "stiff" poses. My goal is to capture your child’s genuine giggles, thoughtful expressions, and unique personality.

Ideal for families who want updated child portraits without the commitment of a full-scale family session.

These make for stunning, timeless school photos that you’ll want to share with grandparents!

250.00 / up to 20 minute session / 10 digital images chosen from proof gallery / Chestnut or white backdrop choice / up to 3 siblings per booking - if you have more than 3 just let me know when we chat so we can add a bit more time to the booking.

Zinnias! Summer’s favorite flowers, and while I was so nervous at first that nothing would bloom in this area or the weeds would take over or everything would fail, in the end these were really so easy to grow. They love bad soil and dry.

It’s almost time to start seeding this field again and I can’t wait!

This is for! Local photographers, new photographers, photographers wishing to build up their prop supply or client closet, or mamas just needing some pretty and gently loved dresses for themselves or their kiddos! I have lots of boy items also!

I have tons and tons of high end props and wardrobe I need to destash to clear out the clutter from the last several years. Dresses from Free People, Joyfolie, Baltic Born, ASOS. Newborn layers and knits, tiebacks, wraps, bonnets, twin and triplet sets. Painted floral buckets and drawers from Rozzi Rayne, milestone/sitter sets, and baskets. My posing beanbag is also in the mix, along with lots of furniture. As you can see. It’s definitely a lot of stuff.

No I’m not closing:) My studio will remain open for business. I’m still taking all my outdoor and indoor sessions this fall as scheduled, and holiday sessions start up in a few weeks! Just want to make sure everyone knows that🥰

I’m clearing out the clutter and all the stuff I just no longer use, making room for more fun things to come!

Let me tell you about my anxiety that happened this night ☠️ Actually let me spare you. Just know you’d never actually know the horror of trying to plan around a balloon glow event at dusk that may or may not get canceled due to winds — and that’s because Emily and her gorgeous family flawlessly rolled with everything. Just look at her! Cool as a cucumber. Not pictured: me sweating like a pig in heat pushing my camera to its absolute max shooting this all after dark, even relying on nearby ambient light from the balloon torches, not having the forethought to think external lights might come in handy (and even if they did I probably wouldn’t love the result), and did I cry on the way home? Probably, yes.
