The Bard’s Basement!!

It all started with a dream we shared: to create a space where we could make music, teach, collaborate, and build something together.

After a lot of hard work, renovations, and a whole lot of creativity, we finally have a space of our own.

We’re a small collective of musicians, artists, educators, and producers who each bring something different to the table. We offer private music lessons, songwriting, audio production, art instruction, graphic design, photography, and more.

Dylan Olson teaches piano, guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, and voice, and works in audio production and engineering.

Jeff Cochran is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer who teaches piano, guitar, bass, drums, and songwriting.

Christine Todd teaches voice, ukulele, beginning piano and guitar, along with visual arts, including drawing, graphic design, and photography.

Alex Wargo teaches piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, and music composition. He also teaches group rock band classes.

One of the things we love most about this space is that we’re not just a group of people teaching separately. We’re friends and collaborators who get to share ideas, learn from each other, and help people bring their creative projects to life.
We want The Bard’s Basement to feel like the kind of place where you can come in, try something new, and feel at home.
We’re really excited to finally share it with everyone, and we can’t wait to see what grows here.

When I met the Harris family, I knew they would be perfect for an idea I had for a photo session. I had been thinking how cool it would be to get a dirtbike family out in their element, show off a little bit and take some not so average family photos. They delivered! We had a couple wash outs, scratched elbows and a great time. This is just a sample of the photos we got. I just want to send a heartfelt message to all the Mothers on this Mother’s Day!! ❤️ Thank you for all you do for your amazing littles, no matter how big or small they are. Don’t let the hard days win, cherish every special moment, every tiny hug and kiss. Remember how much they look up to you and the example you set for them. Thank you to all the Mothers that have chose me throughout the years to capture precious moments, milestones and memories. Your trust hasn’t gone without appreciation. Happy Mother’s Day!! 💐
