We are official.

Leap Photography is now part of the Old Boise 6th & Main wall alongside so many longtime local businesses that help make this neighborhood special.

We filmed the entire process, from the first brush stroke to the final reveal, and seeing the name go up was honestly a surreal moment.

Since opening the studio in Old Boise, this community has meant so much to us. Thank you to everyone who has supported the studio, shared our work, booked sessions, or simply stopped in to say hello.

Excited for what comes next.

And.... a huge thanks go out to Ronnie Cyr for her artistic talents and the staff of Old Boise for making this mural happen.

That's a wrap! Today marked the 6th year of the Flock Cancer Idaho event and completion of my radiation treatments for breast cancer.

It's always such a joy spending the morning with fellow survivors and friends from the community.

I recently worked with a local political candidate to create a set of images for her upcoming campaign.

We split the session into two parts—one on location at the Boise Train Depot and one in the studio—to give her a mix of looks that feel both natural and polished.

In the end.... these are her 4 favorite shots which will be used throughout her campaign.

Spent a few days at the Professional Photographers of Idaho convention. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, Jerry Ghionis, and .p.Jones.1

Always good to step away, refine the craft, and bring new ideas back into client sessions. Looking forward to putting some of what I learned into practice.

Continuing education matters!

I spent the day in Meridian,ID learning from Jerry Ghionis and it was a reminder that no matter how long you’ve been doing this, there is always something to refine.
Lighting. Posing. Connection. The small details that make a big difference.
I'm grateful to have been in a room full of people who care about getting better at what they do.

We know it's not everyone's favorite to have taken...but many yearbooks in the area require a tux or drape for the senior pages.

Yes, you can have the school photographer take the photo at school...but why would you?

If you schedule your tux or drape session with , we'll take multiple photos of you. Adjusting hair, head tilt, the clothing and the lighting to help you look your best.

You review your proofs instantly, choosing the image you want to have retouched and forwarded to the yearbook staff.

Tux and drape sessions are available year round at our downtown photo studio.
