But HI! It’s been awhile since we’ve done this.

I’m Shelby 👋🏻, welcome to my little corner on the internet.

A few things you should know about me -

Self proclaimed birth nerd - I love it all.

I’ve been doing this work since 2022, and have attended over 100 births.

I’m a mom of 3 that I currently solo parent - Junior, Penny and Noah. They are FUN.

I love Jesus. AND ALLLLLLL people, read that again if you’re confused.

I co own The Baby Bungalow with my best friend.

I am a Domestic Violence Advocate.

Obviously a wearer of many hats.

I photograph allot of things. Births, families, babies, branding/business and most recently dabbling in weddings. (I know I said I would never do it, but hey.)

I love iced coffee, a good book, nature and a FAT NAP.

I may be quiet on here recently - but I’m still here. Still holding space. Still advocating. Still documenting. Still loving this work.

We are heartbroken to hear of the passing of Hayden Panettiere 💙

Hayden used her platform to speak about her experience with postpartum depression at a time when few public figures did. Her honesty about the stress, the anxiety, the isolation of feeling like "nobody around understood" gave voice to what so many new parents feel but rarely say out loud.

By sharing her story, Hayden helped normalize the conversation around perinatal mental health and let countless parents know they weren't alone in their struggle. That kind of courage leaves a lasting impact.

Our thoughts are with her family, her daughter, and everyone who loved her.
