We are facing a devastating reality: Without a wave of community support, we may be forced to close our doors. We know times are tough for everyone right now, which is why we aren’t asking for one person to give a fortune. We are asking our village to come together. If 16,000 people donate just $5, Elijah’s Closet will be fully funded for an entire year. Just $5. The price of a cup of coffee. The loose change in your console. That tiny amount, multiplied by our community, means we can keep serving the children who need us most. 💔 What happens if we close?
Children lose a vital resource. Foster parents lose a crucial support system. Our community loses a piece of its safety net. We cannot let that happen.

📌Update on funding EC for a year!
🧅 I know the Barefoot Neighborhood has been asking for an update on their contribution and it is beautiful 🥹 .

We posted our original request for monetary donations to keep our nonprofit running on Saturday evening 5/30 . Then it was shared over a thousand times and interacted with hundreds of times, which caught a LOT of attention! After 3 full days, on 6/1 we were at 8% of our goal, which we were blown away by and sooo grateful! Last night 6/3 the Barefoot Neighborhood and others caught wind of our need and boosted our total to 47% of our goal 🤯 . We are truly speechless at the outpouring of support from people all over the world .

🗓So as of today, 6/4 we are just shy of halfway to our goal!!
🧮 this means we only need 8,410 more donations of $5 to be fully funded for 1 year.

This is OUTSTANDING and we could not be more appreciative of our community and new followers for helping us provide for families and children in need. We are only able to exist thanks to kind people like yourselves, as we rely solely on the generosity of our community for donations. 🫶 You are all making the impact by helping us keep our doors open .
