My sweet boy had his adenoids taken out today, and boy, having your kiddo go in for surgery is a scary thing. 🤍
We’re resting, eating lots of ice cream, and watching lots and lots of Bluey today. 🥹
But my mind is also on this weekend and all of our upcoming mini sessions! Fall is officially in full swing, and I’m so excited for all the sweet families we get to photograph over the next few weeks.

A common question we get asked about mini sessions: “The grandparents are in town—can they come too?”
Absolutely. 🤍
Our mini sessions are designed for groups of six or fewer, but we’re always happy to add one or two extra people as long as we have a heads up beforehand.
So if the grandparents are in town this fall, bring them along. We LOVE getting to include multiple generations in a session. There’s something so special about capturing grandparents with their kids and grandkids. Creating images that only become more meaningful with time.
Bring the grandparents. We’ll make some magic together. ✨

These chilly fall vibes have us thinking about warm sweaters, cozy fires, hot tub dips, and all the good stuff that comes with this time of year. 🍂🤎
This family session at Sawyer Park had all of those perfect fall feelings … cozy sweaters, golden light, snuggles, and so much sweetness. There’s just something about photographing families this time of year that feels extra magical.

This is truly one of our absolute favorite times of year. We’re so excited to be offering a variety of beautiful Central Oregon locations this fall and, even more than that, to welcome so many of you back in front of our cameras.
There is something so special about seeing the same families year after year… 🥹 Watching your babies grow, documenting new seasons of life, hearing your stories, and getting to reconnect, even if our time together is brief.
