Dear Bailey and Colby,
What a joy it has been to watch this chapter of your story unfold.
As I sat down to go through your wedding photos, I found myself thinking about all the moments that came before Saturday. Colby’s surprise proposal surrounded by family. The engagement session that took us back to the place where she said yes. Bailey’s bridal session at The Glass House, where the excitement and anticipation of your wedding day was written all over her face.
And then, after all the planning, dreaming, and waiting, there you were—surrounded by the people who love you most, promising each other a lifetime.
One of the things I love most about this job is that I don’t just show up on wedding days. Sometimes I get the incredible privilege of watching a story unfold chapter by chapter, and that’s exactly what it felt like with the two of you.
Bailey, your kindness, warmth, and contagious smile have made every session a joy. Colby, the way you look at her tells everyone around you everything they need to know. You love her deeply, and it shows in all the quiet moments just as much as the big ones.
Thank you for trusting me to document so many milestones along the way. Thank you for welcoming me into moments that your family will cherish for generations. It is a responsibility I never take lightly.
More than anything, I hope your marriage is filled with the same joy, laughter, faith, friendship, and love that surrounded you on your wedding day. I hope you always find reasons to hold hands, laugh together, and choose each other again and again.
