What a weekend for Bastrop Youth Baseball & Softball Organization!

We were honored to host the largest baseball event in our organization's history as 48 All-Star teams from across Central Texas came to Bastrop to compete in the PONY South Zone South Region Austin Sectional Tournament. From first pitch to championship games, the fields were filled with outstanding baseball, sportsmanship, and unforgettable memories.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to:

👏 Our volunteers who worked countless hours preparing fields, operating concessions, handling tournament operations, and ensuring a first-class experience for every team.

👏 Our coaches who dedicated their time and energy to developing these athletes and preparing them for postseason play.

👏 Our players who represented Bastrop with pride, determination, and sportsmanship all weekend long.

👏 Our families who filled the stands, volunteered behind the scenes, and supported these teams every step of the way.

👏 And to every organization that traveled to Bastrop to compete—thank you for being part of an incredible weekend of youth baseball. We appreciate each player, coach, volunteer, and family who helped make this event a success.

A special congratulations goes out to our 10U All-Stars, who battled their way to a Division Runner-Up finish and brought home more hardware for Bastrop!

Now the journey continues.

Next weekend, our teams head to Pflugerville for the Regional Tournament, where they'll compete against the top programs from across the region for a chance to continue their postseason run.

Join us in wishing all of our teams the best of luck as they continue representing Bastrop on the Road to the World Series!
