My top senior photographer nightmares 😂📸✨

After photographing seniors for YEARS, there are a few things that will instantly raise my blood pressure during a session 💀🤍

✨ Showing up to a senior session and realizing I forgot a camera battery
✨ Fighting Oklahoma wind while trying to keep hair perfect
✨ A client saying “I’m awkward in photos” right before absolutely SERVING the entire session
✨ Losing sunlight faster than expected during golden hour

I know destination wedding photographers are a huge thing… but senior destination sessions are becoming one of my FAVORITE parts of what I do 🤍

Sometimes the perfect senior session means chasing incredible locations, unique landscapes, and places that make your photos feel completely unforgettable ✨

This gorgeous lavender field session was photographed in Central Oklahoma — over 3.5 hours away from Bartlesville — and it was absolutely worth every mile 💜
