A few nights ago, we visited the Dolly mural and were greeted by a wave of love! πΈβ¨ People gathered to leave flowers and books, share their heartfelt messages in chalk, and dance joyfully to Dolly's music. It was a little Dolly block party. It struck me how deeply people crave connection. Strangers engaged in vibrant conversations, creating a refreshing sense of community. I even met an incredible guy who was a pageant judge alongside Dolly in the 90s! π Our conversations sparked inspiration, and I left feeling optimistic about new opportunities in the future.
A humble dreamer who chose kindness over wealth. Despite having the potential to be a billionaire, she dedicated her life to giving back to charities and supporting communities, especially children with her Imagination Library charity, where she sends children her books each month so they can be encouraged to read and dream big.
I relate to her infertility struggles, and having gone through eight years of different IUI/IVF treatments, I have no idea how our family journey will continue to transpire, but I hold onto hope and faith in whatever plan life has for us. π¨βπ©βπ¦
Like Dolly, I have written 3 children's books that have yet to be published, but one day those books will be on the shelves for children to enjoy. π
I do not want to live an ordinary life but an extraordinary one! β¨
I'm inspired by those who dream big and show genuine love for one another.
