Hi Farmhouse Couples and Families.

I feel this goes without saying but I wanted to make sure it was publicly stated for your peace of mind and also my part in being the good side of humanity.

I will be removing all images of children and babies from my socials and website. With the insane people in the world pushing such disgusting agendas in AI and child exploitation I cannot in good conscience keep images online for possible usage in that AI.

I am pro family. I am pro protecting babies, your babies.. all babies and children.

I will still be doing family shoots but you can rest assured all galleries will now come with passwords which you provide me during our session. Your Families will not be posted online.

Thank you for everyone who has allowed me to photograph your beautiful Families over the past 20 years. Here is to another 20 more, safer and with so much intention.

Fun Fact of the Day:

I edit wedding day photos within 24 hours. I hand edit each image, delivering a minimum of 1000 images (typically around 1500) to our wonderful couples.

We have a handful of associate events this year, and even those are done fully within 24 hours once we have cards in hand.

Our philosophy is that knowing our gear, lighting and white balance is essential to capturing images that are authentic and require very little work. We are photographers, not editors. So we do the homework to capture your beautiful day with precision. All to ensure you have your images, love them, and can look back on them while the event is still fresh.

I recently submitted for thesupermom.org where the winner gets 20k. My plan is to donate the entire amount to the Iowa Homeless Youth Center here in Des Moines. As a kid I experienced homelessness and lived in a local shelter. I am grateful for the support that we received during our stay there, as well as other support we received by churches/donations.
I will be posting the link in a few days for voting and ask for your support in ​votes and sharing the page. Together we can make a difference for local homeless kids/teens.
