Thomas proposed to Lauren at sunrise a few weeks ago with peak Adirondack foliage behind them.

He planned this trip and reached out to us months in advance (which is rare for proposal photography 😂), and we were looking forward to it ever since. This is one of our favorite mountains, especially when the fall colors are so vibrant.

Because we were trying to beat the crowds, we planned to be at the summit 45 minutes before sunrise, which meant I woke up at 2:30am 🥲. It was an early morning but SO worth it.

A huge congrats to Thomas & Lauren. So happy for these two!

Earlier this month Ruifan surprised Arzoo by proposing at their alma mater 🥹

This was one of the most thoughtful proposals we have had the pleasure of capturing. All of their college friends came a few hours early to set up the flowers, a path of photos and rose petals, and then hid out so they could pop confetti when she said yes (see photo 6 for the flawless ex*****on).

Of course, we had to go around campus afterwards and take some cutie engagement photos (It doesn’t hurt that the property is absolutely gorgeoussss 🤌🏻)

We try to take self portraits whenever we travel, so of course we ended up on top of a parking garage in Indianapolis a couple weeks ago.

It was almost dusk, and a storm was rolling in so we had to hurry, but I LOVE how they turned out. We even got an in-camera double exposure, which is the first time we've attempted that as a self portrait 🤯. What do we think?!

We used our new Z6III and NIKKOR Z 24-70mm F/2.8 S for this shoot, which worked SO well for the short window of light that we had.

The Z6III has such fast autofocus, and the 24-70mm gave us a lot of variety without having to change lenses at all. 100% recommend that combo for anyone looking for a camera & lens that gives them versatility for pretty much any scenario.
