If you or someone you love has been struggling, or looking for a reason to shift perspective, this album is for you.

I’m willing to bet listening to it will be one of the kinder things you do for yourself. And if you share the track that hits you the hardest, it might be the kindest thing you do for someone else today.

It takes very little effort to spread kindness.

I’ve got a lot to say, and I’ve lived a pretty gnarly life that feels worth sharing. Music is one of the ways I turn that into something useful.

It can be tough being one person in such a big, busy world. It’s easy to feel like your reach is too small to matter. Music changes that. It lets the message get bigger than the person.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and mental health is my jam. Every dollar this music makes through streaming will be donated for the life of the music to people dealing with mental health challenges and trying to make it through.

All you have to do is listen. Share it if it moves you.

I wrote every song. I built and produced the music. The voice is generated, but the words, the stories, the choices, and the reasons behind all of it are mine.

The Sum of So Much is out at midnight. Vinyl will be available in about five weeks for anyone who wants to hold the thing in their hands.

Just a dude that wants to show you his garden. Last year we produced somewhere around 400 punds of food. This year im shooting for around 1200. It's a big gooal.

There are a lot of people in our communities struggling right now nad im looking for different ways to give back without having to be in person all of the time.

There are a good amount of plants on the back deck waiting to be transplanted amd I cant wait to see what a whole lot of nature combined with some nutrue has in store for us this year.

The song is called Enough For Today from my upcoming album The Sum Of So Much that releases everywhere this tuesday June 9th.
