There is something so special about the season before “I do.”

It’s a season filled with anticipation, excitement, and countless little details you’ve spent months choosing. Then, before you know it, your wedding day arrives and it’s over in what feels like a heartbeat.

That’s one of the reasons I love bridal sessions so much.

They give you the opportunity to slow down. To step into your dress without the rush of a wedding day timeline. To celebrate this season, become comfortable in front of the camera, and preserve the little details that tell your story long before you walk down the aisle.

Taylor’s bridal session was such a beautiful reminder of that. She brought so much joy, and it was an honor to capture these moments for her before her wedding day.

If you’re a bride planning your wedding, my encouragement is this: don’t rush through your engagement. Slow down, celebrate each season, and make space for the moments you’ll one day look back on with gratitude.

Photographing one of my dearest friends is always an honor. This year, more than ever, I’ve been reminded what a gift her friendship is and how grateful I am that the Lord placed her in my life. She is family to me, someone whose strength and kindness inspire me daily.

These images will always mean a little more to me because they capture someone I love deeply and admire endlessly. 🤍
