1. Toilets with bidets within the venue space.
- Convenience matters, especially for Muslim guests. Make sure the toilet facilities are inside the venue area and come with bidets.

2. Lift access and wheelchair/elderly-friendly.
- Think about your elderly guests, wheelchair users, and families with strollers. A comfortable venue should be easy for everyone to access.

3. Maximum seating capacity at one time.
- If you have a big family and they’ll be staying throughout the event, make sure the venue can seat everyone comfortably without having to ask guests to leave just to accommodate incoming guests.

4. External vendors with no additional charges.
- Some venues charge extra for bringing in your own vendors. Clarify this early so there are no surprise costs later.

5. All-in-one package vendor payments.
- If the venue offers a full package, ask how their vendors are paid and what is included. This helps you understand where your money is going.
