We spent an evening at — where every bite took us on a journey through Spain 🇪🇸🍷

We kicked things off with the silky Jamón Ibérico paired with cristal bread, then moved on to the rich Anchoas, straight from Santoña. The Wagyu tartare on fried polenta was a game changer — melt-in-your-mouth good.

Veg lovers, don’t sleep on the Col — grilled Hispi cabbage with a punchy anchovy garlic dressing and crispy kale. The Mejillones brought the heat with Nduja cream and sweet cherry tomatoes, while the Pollo (roasted chicken with prunes, olives, shallots) hit all the right comforting notes. And let’s not forget the addictively smoky mashed potatoes.

We ended on a high with their Basque cheesecake tribute — light, creamy, and unforgettable.

We headed to .asador to chill over some delicious drinks! Absolutely Divine.
🥂 Pere Ventura Gran Reserva Brut 2019 — crisp, elegant, with toasted almond vibes.
🍷 Aragonia 2019 — deep, bold, with dark cherry and roasted oak.
☕ Reverse Espresso Martini — velvety and nutty with that perfect PX hit.
🌑 Black Hole — sesame, citrus and smoke in one mind-bending sip.

Asador — you’ve outdone yourselves. We’ll definitely be back!
