A to Oui: D is for Dauphinoise
Thinly sliced potatoes, cream, garlic and a little French drama — baked until golden, bubbling, and far too good to share.

If there were a hall of fame for desserts the crème brûlée would have a front-row seat. Smooth vanilla custard hidden beneath a thin sheet of crackling caramelised sugar. That is definitely the best part, cracking into it with your spoon. And totally achievable to make at home! I used Recipe Tin ...

#2 B is for Brioche
Soft, buttery and unmistakably French, brioche began life as a rich bread reserved for special occasions. These days it’s just as likely to be holding a gourmet burger as it is sitting in a Parisian bakery window. Recipe on website

I don't usually do movie reviews.
In fact, I've never done a movie review lol, but I felt the urge. If you've ever studied Shakespeare or enjoyed English at school, or just felt that you might like Hamnet, I recommend you see it. I knew I would cry, and I knew I would love it, but it exceeded my expectations. In fact, 24 hours later, I'm still thinking about it.
In fact, I loved it from the opening scene. The trees, the wind, the colours, the textures — the acting was amazing.
The children were amazing.
It just blew me away. It was raw and intense and one of the best movies I have seen in years. Go see it! 😭😭😭😭😭
