Weddings are made up of so many moments 💛

The excitement before the ceremony.
The people gathered to celebrate.
The hugs, happy tears, and laughter shared throughout the day.

And then there are the moments in between.

The chance to step away for a little while, soak it all in, and simply be together.

For C & L, after celebrating with their family and friends, we headed out to the Sharplin Falls track for these beautiful bridal portraits ✨

It was about Grandparents visiting from South Africa, time together, and capturing moments that meant so much

Honestly, I’m already dreaming about these sessions again and counting down for summer to come back ✨

I always love them because there’s something so special about just letting families be together.

The kids running through the sunflowers, little hands finding yours, exploring, laughing, and all those moments that happen naturally in between.

Simple moments that might feel small now, but end up meaning so much later 💛

Looking up at the dusting of snow on the mountain tops today, my mind is drifting straight back to the golden warmth of summer ✨

I’ve been looking back through this beautiful session, and I couldn’t resist finally sharing a glimpse of it here. We had the best time exploring the sunflower fields. There’s something so nostalgic about families playing and discovering paths among the giants 🌻

While the air is getting crisp outside, these photos are a lovely reminder of the laughter and sunshine waiting for us next season. I’m already favouring these memories and counting down the days until I can get back into the fields to capture more gorgeous moments like these at !
