Out on site yesterday with the team at Mercury at their geothermal operations near Taupō.

Jamie and Roy delivered a live demo of the DJI Dock 3 ecosystem, showcasing autonomous drone deployments, DJI FlightHub 2, thermal inspections, and remote asset monitoring capabilities in a real-world environment.

From substation inspections and geothermal monitoring through to thermal anomaly detection and emergency response, autonomous drone operations are opening up huge opportunities across the energy sector.

A big thanks to the Mercury team for having us on site and for the great conversations around the future of drone technology in renewable energy.

Spot spraying is one of the most practical ways to bring precision agriculture into real-world operations, helping reduce waste while targeting exactly what needs treatment.
