Otemachi, the economic heart of Japan.
What has kept generations of office workers coming back is the relentless curiosity of a chef trained in Italy, always searching for the next expression of flavor.
The house-made salsiccia is a signature, of course.
But the carefully selected seasonal seafood is just as compelling a reason to return.
I have always loved their eggplant and tomato spaghetti.
I photographed Otemachi Chubo through my own lens.

日本経済の中心地、大手町。
この街で働く人々の胃袋を長年掴んで離さないのは、
イタリア仕込みの料理人による終わりのない探究心。
自家製サルシッチャはもちろん、
選りすぐりの鮮魚もまた、この店を訪れる理由になる。
彼らの作るナスとトマトのスパゲティを私はずっと愛している。
ここ、大手町厨房を
私の視線で撮り下ろしました。
