Buongiorno a tutti,
vorrei prendermi un momento per ringraziare ciascuno di voi che si è fermato ad osservare “Alone” durante questa splendida mostra dedicata a Steve McCurry.
Sapere che la mia fotografia ha trovato spazio in un contesto così ricco di significato e di immagini potenti è per me un onore immenso. Ma soprattutto sapere che “Alone” ha parlato a voi, anche solo per un istante, mi riempie di gratitudine.
Ho scattato questa foto nel 2019, al Santuario di Oropa, immerso in un silenzio magico e nevoso. Era uno di quei momenti sospesi, in cui il tempo sembra rallentare e tutto si fa più essenziale.
Grazie di cuore per averla guardata, per averla sentita, per averle dedicato attenzione. In un mondo che corre veloce, scegliere di fermarsi davanti a un’immagine è già un atto di grande sensibilità.

I would like to take a moment to thank each of you who stopped by to observe “Alone ”during this wonderful exhibition dedicated to Steve McCurry.
To know that my photography has found a place in such a rich context of meaning and powerful imagery is an immense honor for me. But most of all, knowing that “Alone” spoke to you, if only for a moment, fills me with gratitude.
I took this photo in 2019, at the Sanctuary of Oropa, immersed in a magical, snowy silence. It was one of those suspended moments when time seems to slow down and everything becomes more essential.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for watching it, for feeling it, for paying attention to it. In a fast-paced world, choosing to pause in front of an image is already an act of great sensitivity.
