Music fan, reviewer, photographer. Have the privilege to shoot and review music that I love.

As a massive fan of many different styles of music attending Live events either Gigs or Festivals has become a major part of my life over the years. Having always enjoyed photography in recent years a natural progression happened where taking more of an interest in Gig Photography and trying to improve along the way. To date I have had the privilege to shoot some of my favourite local and International bands in Ireland and the UK, and been even more honoured to have had some of my photographs feature in CD Booklets for some of these artists, which has made me very proud. Writing reviews of Live events has also been a great experience, and links to Gig and Album reviews will also go on this page.

November is going to start with an absolute bang in Dublin this year, with Korn and Papa Roach hitting the 3Arena on successive nights on the 2nd and 3rd. Really looking forward to catching Papa Roach, should be an awesome show.

Papa Roach have just released a brand-new single called "Wake Up Calling," and unveiled the next wave of their 'Rise Of The Roach' world tour, with dates confirmed across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Europe, and now the UK & Ireland.

Had the privilege of covering the Eric Steckel show in Whelan's, Dublin earlier in the week for Metalplanetmusic. My review and photos are live now at the link below. What a brilliant set, powerful blues rock from a very talented and tight trio, with Eric's stunning guitar playing and vocals taking the lead. Already look forward to being able to see him again.

Feel free to share or share the Review.

When you have amassed the the plaudits he has from such an early age, played with a who’s who of Blues and Rock guitar legends, released 12 albums and somehow still manage to be just 35 years old you know there is a massive talent in Eric Steckel.

Will hopefully catch them again soon.

Been a little unproductive this week, but finally getting the photos sorted from last weeks New Wave of Classic Rock Live Festivals 5 at KK'S Steel Mill - Live Music, Wolverhampton. Was such a great weekend once again, wasn't a poor performance over the Festival and so many awesome sets. Here's a shot from one of them, headlining Sat night were The Lazys are just off the wire, boundless energy, aggression and rock n roll riffs and hooks that just grab you.

Bass Player Troy Smith embodies the lot, a powerhouse bassist that's on the move non stop, was just happy to catch him before he flew off again, loved it.

Many thanks to Helen and the NWOCR Team. Please DO NOT Edit/Crop/Reuse this image without CREDITING or PERMISSION.
