Josh and Abbie brought thirty of their favourite people across the Atlantic and took over Lismore Castle for a very warm weekend. Few venues in the country can match it — the drama of the setting, and interiors that actually live up to it.

In an unusual twist, I wasn’t the only photographer booked. Josh and Abbie had separately hired Shane O’Neill of Aspect Photography — neither of us knew until later. Happily, Shane is an old friend and one of the best in the country, so I was genuinely excited to shoot alongside him and see how differently two photographers portray the same day.
And to complete the set, Rodolphe of Best Day Productions was there on film — a good friend to both of us. Not a bad crew for one wedding.
