Happy international dogs day!

To celebrate I thought I would share a few of the dog portraits I have had the pleasure of taking this year. Which one is your favourite?

It's not quite over yet, but August has definitely been my busiest month yet - With 5 amazing weddings, including my first Pagan Wedding, 3 corporate events and a couple of my own projects it's definitely been a fulfilling month working for some absolutely amazing couples with some absolutely amazing feedback :-

"you really captured certain emotions and memories, like the one where I am laughing during the promises or the walk back down the aisle, they are just brilliant we love them a lot"

"I can’t look at the picture too much yet cos I keep crying !! "

Last Sunday, along with Dan Spencer and Lydia Bradley Photography we did a dog photography day for Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter
Which raised just over £1k. I really enjoy helping out with local charities and good causes, it's a great way to give something back.

One genre of photography I really enjoy is capturing events. Capturing the atmosphere, the people, what the event is about and working in changing conditions. Last night was Cars on Toast, a really popular local car meet at TOAST with some really exotic cars along with some old classics too. Having been their resident photographer since this event started, it's one I look forward too ever few weeks. Last night, possibly their most attended yet, the weather, cars and people made it a really fabulous evening. Today I have been playing with the images - it's a great opportunity to play with colour grading across a variety of images. Let me know what you think in the comments...

Mini Sessions at Cotswold Lavender on
Saturday 11th July

The Lavender is looking absolutely amazing this year and we are in for some beautiful weather. Following on from previous years I will be doing mini sessions at the lavender fields - 45 mins per session at just £50 per session - you will get at least 15 beautifully edited images from the session via a private online gallery. During your time, we will explore the lavender and the wildflowers to give you the best possible combination of photos.

A scorcher of a day, but still out with the camera. First time at the Confetti Fields in Wick, near Pershore. It was a delight to see all the floral colours there whilst doing a portrait session.

Why I love my little photography business - today I had the pleasure of working for 2 repeat clients with both land and drone photography - spending all day capturing the amazing new buildings at Watersedge.club where I got time to see their new beach, Sauna village and some refreshed AirBnB properties that are looking amazing if you're after a relaxing break away near the Cotswolds. This evening was an evening with cars and a Helicopter at TOAST - 15k steps and over 1k images to now work through. What an amazing day!

Looking for a fun pet portrait session that really brings out the character of your fur baby or you just want a more formal pet portrait to capture their amazing looks?

For the month of June, I will be donating 20% of any pet portrait session to Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter to help raise some much needed funds for all the amazing work they do.

Sessions are just £50 for 30 mins, from that you can expect 20+ beautifully edited photos of your pet delivered in a personal digital gallery.

The studio is secure, so it is suitable for all of your pets and not just dogs. We also have private, off road parking immediately next to the studio. There is a maximum of 2 pets per session, just so we have time to capture quality images of them, you can of course book a double session and bring up to 5 pets if you wanted.

Yesterday's job was exterior drone footage for an Airbnb - both video and stills to help market the property. I did the internal work back in December, but the owner and agent wanted to show off the exterior in the summer sun - this is what I created for them.
