WHY I LOVE MY CAMERA…. 📸

People often call photography a hobby.

They put it in the same category as gardening, painting, woodworking, or knitting. Something you enjoy when you have the time.

But when you love a camera, you know it was never just a hobby. Loving a camera quietly becomes part of who you are.

A camera is never just a piece of equipment. It's an extension of the way you experience life. Most people see glass, metal, buttons, and electronics. We see possibility. We see the chance to hold onto something that time would have otherwise taken away.

It changes the way you move through the world.
You don't simply walk from one place to another anymore. You notice the light falling through a window. You catch an expression that lasts only a heartbeat. You begin seeing moments not as something that simply happens, but as something worth keeping.

That's what a camera does. It teaches you to notice. And once you've learned to see the world that way, it's almost impossible to go back.

Every time you press the shutter, you're making a decision that this moment deserves to outlive itself.

You're choosing one small piece of today that someone may hold in their hands years from now. Long after the conversations have faded and the details have blurred, this moment will still exist because you cared enough to save it.

We know that a camera can preserve a laugh that lasted only a second. It can remind us how someone looked at us. It can become the only doorway back to a day we thought we'd never forget.
That's why we'll always love cameras.

Not because they're the newest technology or the latest gadget. Because they give us something almost nothing else can...

Something you could never explain to someone who doesn't love a camera...

The chance to say, "This mattered. I wanted this to last."
And because I have a camera... It does.
