When most people think of a Bo***ir photoshoot, they picture the standard formula:dimmed lights, perfect pouts, heavy bedroom eyes, and highly staged poses. And hey, that can (and is) be stunning! But sometimes, letting go is the most powerful thing you can do.

And while I enjoy performance by choice deeply , lately, I am completely obsessed with a different kind of sensual: the joy-fueled , full-bellied, crinkled-nose, head-thrown-back laugh out loud.

It’s uncurated, it’s wild, it's genuine , it says "In this moment: I’m free, I'm fully at home in my skin ” and that in itself is sexy AF

Through the wonderful Empowered Women Empower Women network event for The Women’s Lighthouse last year ,I had a chance to connect with Kristie from Neurodiverse services

As a neurodivergent mother raising neurodivergent kiddos, her mission completely hit home for me.

Let's be real for a second: stepping in front of a camera can feel incredibly overwhelming, and comfort takes time to build.
There’s a common assumption that neurodivergent folk automatically just "click," but the truth is, meeting someone new takes energy and trust. And that is more than okay!

My work isn't about forced perfection or rushing the rhythm. It’s about holding a safe space and sometimes following my client’s lead.

The most beautiful shift happened when we stepped outside into the fresh air, a simple change of environment was exactly what our nervous systems needed to just breathe.

Kristie looks and feels at home in nature and as you can see, it's a stunning sight. ❤

I feel privileged to have witnessed first hand Kristie's deep devotion to both her vision and her family and proud that these honest lifestyle portraits will live on her website as she helps other families find the warmth and support they need.

Sometimes we forget that we dont always need to spend (although if we can thats great) to support others in their endeavours, things as small and simple as liking, commenting and sharing their posts, recommending them when you come across someone who could benefit from their services, it can go a long way
