For those who already know us and for those who don't, we thought we would introduce/re-introduce ourselves with a little get to know us meet the team post.
First we would like to introduce Ash, he is the shops manager and the one you can all thank for the ever expanding range of 35mm and 120 film stock .
When he isn't buying stock for the shop he's browsing for cameras to add to his own collection of film cameras, a strong count of 25 so far!

Let's talk QR codes

One thing a lot of customers seem to struggle with is QR codes!
There has been a lot of confusion and fear for scanning QR codes in store.

Our codes are on the touchscreen- no way for someone to stick a dodgy code sticker over it! There is also a member of staff around at all times and machines are checked and cleaned daily.

ALWAYS scan using a certified scanners-
📱Most Android devises will scan using their built in camera app- if the camera doesn't support QR Scanning use Google Lens- NOT a 3rd party downloaded app!
📱All Apple products scan QR codes using the Camera App.

As shown in the image, Android and Apple have a pop up of the weblink at the bottom of the screen- press this not the shutter button to take you to our upload site and with Google lens there will be the site link pop up on the QR code to open the upload site.

Most importantly NEVER put your personal details into a QR scanning app- this is where it is 100% a scam! Our kiosks and codes will never ask for your payment details.
