Kevin & Louise’s summer solstice wedding Trerethern Farm weddings was a day as sumptuous as it was sunny. And boy it was sunny!

Rather than centering the day around newness, they wanted to encourage guests to make mindful choices and celebrate the joy of second-hand. The bride found her wedding dress for just £2 in her local charity shop
Hope House Tŷ Gobaith Retail while guests were invited to follow a charity shop dress code of their own, giving the wedding a positive impact.’

Richard & Rosie - East Soar Farm - Summer Wedding.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen two people so demonstrably proud to be getting hitched to one another as Rosie and Rich… Honestly, the beaming smiles did not stop from start to finish!!

Huge congratulations to you both!!

It was lovely to return East Farm for another totally top-drawer wedding!

Marijke and Schalk are wonderful hosts and East Soar Farm is such an exceptional wedding venue. It’s set near the coast at South Hams in Devon. The mist cleared (eventually! Phew!) and we were blessed with a sea view and lots of sunshine!

Josh & Heather summer wedding - Shilstone House | Devon Wedding Venue // blog now up on the web!

Josh and Heather’s wedding was a classic combo of traditional church wedding, followed by gorge shindig at the very lovely Shilstone House (my first time there, and I hope not the last!).

It was extra-special as I was recommended by the father of the groom; whom I’ve been friends with for many moons. (Thanks Nick! me old ‘midfield general’! 🙂⭐️👍🏼).
