4 things that make my approach a little different.
- I edit with what matters most to you in mind. Yes, my work has a timeless style — but I’m always looking for the emotional connections, the people and the moments that hold the most meaning in your story. I don’t cut your photographs to a particular number and always over deliver and include both colour and black & white if you like both.
-I become emotionally invested in your day. I care deeply about how your wedding felt, not just how it looked. The happy tears from your mum, your best friend fixing your dress, your grandparents watching quietly from the back — those moments matter to me too.
- I’m always capturing the in-between moments. Alongside your photographs, I’m happy to film little behind-the-scenes clips throughout the day so you can relive the atmosphere, movement and emotion in an even fuller way. I even bring an old school video camera for the wedding party to enjoy and no extra cost.
-I’m more than “just” your photographer. I’ll pin buttonholes, fluff dresses, find bouquets, calm nerves, keep timings flowing and cheer you on all day long. I’m there to support you however I can so you can stay fully present and actually enjoy your wedding day.
I think the biggest thing is… I never want your wedding to feel performative. I want it to feel like yours. Relaxed, emotional, joyful and fully lived in.
