Twenty years ago, we were just two girls. We measured time in endless summers camping, music that echoed through our rooms and conversations from our bedroom windows. In jacket potatoes with cheese & beans after school, dance routines to Lady Gaga & Beyonce and laughter that made our stomachs ache.

Back then, we only ever imagined this chapter.

Now, we're raising little boys of our own, born just a year apart, just as we were.

Life has a beautiful way of repeating itself.

I still remember when Demi and Kieran first met. It feels like yesterday, yet somehow, here we are.. watching that same love become tiny hands, sleepy cuddles, late night feeds and the most beautiful little boy, Reuben.

There are babies who simply arrive.. and then there are babies who feel as though heaven spent a little longer creating them.

The ones who carry pieces of those we've loved and lost. The ones who arrived wrapped in hope after years of dreams. The ones who remind us that love never truly leaves us, it simple finds another way to reach out.

Reuben, I hope one day you grow up knowing just how fiercely you are loved and how many hearts were waiting for yours. I truly believe a very special angel, your great grandad Gordy, place you gently into the arms of your parents, knowing there was no safer place for you to be.

As I stood behind my camera, I realised I wasn't just photographing a new-born session, I was photographing the girl I grew up with, now holding the greatest love story she will ever know. What an extradionary privilege it is to witness time transform childhood memories into family heirlooms.

Welcome to the world, beautiful Reuben.

May you always know that before you ever opened your eyes, you were already the continuation of a story that began decades before you.. you are loved more deeply than words could ever hope to tell.

What an incredible 24 hours 🏃🏼⚡️

This weekend, Kidwelly Town AFC completed a 24-hour charity run around the pitch in aid of the Jac Lewis Foundation, raising money and awareness for mental health, all in memory of our dear friend, Kyle "Sweets".

Seeing so many people come together for one another is what community is all about. Through every lap, every donation, and every word of encouragement, the support shown throughout the weekend was a reminder that no one should ever have to face life's battles alone.

The love, laughter, and support shared over the 24 hours were a beautiful tribute to a friend who will never be forgotten.

Sweets was the kind of person who could light up any room with his presence. He meant so much to so many people, and the love shown for him, even seven years on, is a testament to the impact he had on everyone lucky enough to know him. His memory continues to live on through his family, friends, teammates, and the community that refuses to let him be forgotten. He is missed every single day, but his legacy lives on in every conversation started, every life touched, and every act of kindness carried out in his name.

A massive congratulations to everyone who ran, organised, volunteered, donated, and cheered from the side lines. You should all be incredibly proud of what you've achieved not just for the incredible fundraising, but for helping to keep the conversation around mental health going.

Mental health matters, and no one should ever feel like they have to struggle alone. It's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Tuesday night I advertised a beach maternity session, by Wednesday night myself and Hannah (& her mum) were dodging jellyfish under the sunset. 🪼🌅

Hannah trusted my vision completely, embraced every wave, and looked fiercely beautiful from beginning to end. Strong, radiant, and completely in her element. These are hands down some of my favourite maternity images I've ever captured.

I can't wait to find out if Sonny and Ada are getting a little brother or little sister and to meet the newest little love for their newborn session. ✨

Some places seem to hold their own kind of magic.

Hidden amongst the whispering trees, where the long grasses swayed with the breeze and wildflowers reached towards the light, everything felt beautifully still. The woodland wasn't just a backdrop, it felt like a place made for slowing down, breathing deeply, and embracing the season they find themselves in.

Spending time with Hannah, Aaron and Ivy was a gentle reminder that the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones. A hand to hold. A shared laugh. A knowing glance. The quiet comfort of simply being together.

Nature has always been a beautiful reminder that growth doesn't happen all at once. It comes gently, one season at a time. Trees grow stronger with each passing year, flowers bloom in their own time, and love has a wonderful way of growing without limits.

In just a few short weeks, this beautiful family will welcome their little boy, and a whole new adventure will begin. One filled with a love that will only continue to deepen.

Some families leave a lasting imprint on your heart, and the Buckingham family is one of them. 🤍

It feels like only yesterday that I was photographing Sophia as a curious little toddler, and now here we are celebrating her 4th birthday and Lily's very first birthday. In between, I've had the privilege of capturing so many special milestones, from Emily's pregnancy with Lily, to Lily's newborn session, and now this beautiful chapter of life as a family of four.

One of the greatest joys of what I do is being invited back to document the stories that continue to unfold. Watching children grow, seeing families evolve, and preserving these fleeting moments is something I never take for granted.

The Buckingham's are no longer just clients; over the years they've become friends, and it is such an honour to continue being trusted with their memories. These photographs are more than images, they're little reminders of how quickly time passes and how precious these seasons of life truly are.

Thank you, Buckingham family, for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. Here's to celebrating Sophia, sweet Lily, and all the beautiful moments still to come. ✨

I've been holding onto these beautiful images for a couple of weeks, waiting for the sweetest little soul to arrive earthside.

Abigail, Grant, George & Lillie spent this time wondering who was about to complete their family and somehow, without even knowing, Abigail chose to wear blue for this session. Now, their precious baby boy is here, these photos feel even more special to look back on. The waiting, the wonder, the quiet anticipation of meeting someone you already love so deeply.

There's something so emotional photographing a family in this in-between chapter, before life changes forever again. Tiny hands still reaching for Mam, the excitement in little voices, the way everyone holds each other just a little tighter knowing someone new is almost here.

And now, baby 3, their beautiful baby boy, is finally in their arms.

A new chapter for the Dodd family… Welcome to the world, Lucas 🤍

From capturing George and Lillie as little ones, to now meeting their baby brother, it’s hard to put into words what an honour it is to keep documenting this beautiful family as they grow. The years pass, the children change, but the love in this home only grows louder.

A house filled with wild love, endless cuddles, scattered toys, tiny racing feet and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising little humans. Sleepless nights, bursting hearts, soft newborn sighs, sibling giggles, and the kind of love that lives in every corner of their home.

Lucas, you are already so deeply adored. Wrapped in the safest arms, watched over by the proudest big brother and sister, and welcomed into a family overflowing with warmth, tenderness, and joy.
