I kind of forgot about this account, and that I even used to do this!
I miss it but don’t think I’ll go back to it. I’m too much of a dinosaur and seeing the type of stuff that’s being produced with chase cams and drones, it seems a bit pointless me standing by a track all day with my ancient DSLR!
Maybe I’ll make a photo book or two with all the photos I took, and post random old pics on here for nostalgia.

Today is Autism Awareness day.
I was fairly recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD which probably won’t surprise anyone who’s tried to talk to me!

I’ve seen drift people use autistic as an insult on here although I’m sure they’d just say it was ‘banter’). It annoys me mostly because the same people who try to champion ‘mental health awareness’ still go around saying stuff like that.

If you’re using ‘autism’ as an insult - (or, incidentally, making throwaway transphobic comments like “I identify as blablahblah”, or make sexist comments part of your commentary) then you are part of the problem and all your posts about mental health are empty, pointless and self-serving. It just makes it look like you only care about people whose problems are the same as yours (or only care about your own). Educate yourselves and do better.

Anyway, rant over! The logo for neurodiversity is an infinity symbol so go and do some figure of 8s in honour of people with brains that aren’t like everyone else’s! 😁
