You don’t need to be a mixologist to give it a go. All you’ll need is:
* 50ml Grey Goose vodka
* 2–3 ripe cherry tomatoes
* 10ml white balsamic vinegar
* A pinch of salt & pepper
* Ice

Dragged my overweight, unfit self to a ‘state of the art’ - Neko Health clinic in London today — honestly felt like I’d wandered onto the set of a sci-fi movie.

One hour later I had results on everything: heart health, mole map, blood screening, weight analysis… basically they inspected every pixel of me.
Then they hit me with the health age of someone 4 years older. FOUR. YEARS. OLDER.
Rude, but fair!

So yeah… I’m going full reverse from today: more gym, less food, and a complete cardio/diet overhaul.
