The most sensational day on Saturday for M+S. It’s true what they say, bury a sausage and the sun will shine on your wedding day.

Starting the spring season off on a true high capturing these two, the most beautiful, calm, love filled, emotional day. Thank you for your trust in me once again.

Wedding days are something I adore to capture, but have always been something that I’ve never shouted loudly about, but maybe it’s time to change that, because these previews were too magical not to share.

At this moment in time, I’m just over 11 months into my own motherhood journey, with my baby girl turning one next month, I’m now more than ever reflecting on the incredible support I’ve received from other mothers over the past year. It really is true, once you become a mummy yourself, you see mothers everywhere. You appreciate them more than ever. You are on this incredible crazy journey of raising little humans together.

That is why, for this giveaway, I’m asking you to nominate a mummy of your choice (can be 1 or more!) who you think is incredible. And who you know would love a photoshoot, dedicated to them and their little one/s. A gift from you to them, if you will.

The sessions that are the most wonderful mix of mud, laughter & chaos. They’re the ones that can usually feel the most stressful for you as the parent, but the ones that for me as the photographer are absolutely, always the best.

Mama, a session which may leave you thinking, did we even get any good shots there? Is usually always the gallery that I struggle to even choose which ones to post. The chaos is what I hope for each & every time, show me your crazy, perfect little team and let me capture you exactly how you are. Mud, bruises, tears and giggles. Honestly, I really do want to see it all.

That’s what this is all about at the end of the day, capturing your story, exactly as it is within this chapter.

Christmas Tree Farm sessions have never been ones that have made it to the grid, which is funny, because they’re my favourite sessions of the year. They’re the sessions that fill me with the most joy each year, they’re the families that come to me time & time again, they’re the tradition of yours that I’m so grateful I get to be a part of, and they are the galleries that get kept away as secret treasures until Father Christmas gifts them to family members on Christmas Day 🎅🏻🧸✨ I’m so grateful to be able to share some of those this year. My favourite sessions of the year, here’s a little teeny tiny glimpse into just some of the magic you can create in just 30 minutes.

Two, versus three, a few years later.

Returning families mean more to me than you’ll ever know. It’s the getting to document you through various different seasons that’s so very special. Seeing you change and grow as people & parents, and seeing your first born become the greatest role model for their new best friend. It’s the getting to have a friendship with you, and sharing my life with you just as much as you share yours with me.

My returning clients take up 90% of my sessions and I can’t thank you all enough for that honour. ♥️

Sessions that feel like a warm hug are the ones where there’s constant laughter, a few calm moments. Cuddles and spins and jumps in the air. Exploration and adventure all wrapped up in the space of an hour or two. Exactly like this. Moving away from my studio and into the outdoors for these few months whilst my home studio is in the works was something I was a little apprehensive about, but outdoor sessions in the autumn continue to blow me away each time, and could be the front runner for my fave ever ever kind of session. 🌱🍂
