I'm a floral fine art photographer based in Newark-on-Trent, UK. Continually inspired by the Dutch Masters with their use of light and beautiful rich tones which I try to portray in my style of work. I seek beauty in all stages of the flowering process from tight buds to full bloom. When each flower is at its prime moment, to the wilting stages. When the flowers start to take form and reach out to

wards the light. When the colours start to fade and the petals start to drop. You just need to see it. I have a selection of my fine art prints available through my website where I will take you on a journey into the language of flowers and slow down time where you can take a moment and see how beautiful flowers can be.

I’ve signed up to walk 30 miles in September for Dementia in honour of my wonderful Father who lost his battle with this awful disease last year.

I’ve started walking for this cause a month early as it would have been my Dad’s birthday in August.

Some chapters were difficult to live through,

Today, at the age of 40, I went for my first driving lesson.

Today marks 13 months without my Dad.
This morning his favourite song came on the radio and today on my first driving lesson I drove past my dads old house 💙

Last night we went to our new favourite place in Newark, InKnotts Wine and tried their ‘wine by flight’ option that’s currently on the menu.

This is the second time we have tried this now and it’s such a good way to experience a taste of many wonderful different selections.
Every one we have tried so far has been extremely delicious.
I thoroughly recommend that you try this and it will probably end up with you buying a bottle either to drink inside or to take home.

I love the vibe inside this wonderful newly opened local business. The owner, Martin and his wife give the best hospitality and bits of banter and make you feel so comfortable whilst you’re enjoying a glass of wine. It’s a great addition to the town ☺️
