A beautiful summer’s day at Priory Cottages with friends and family travelling from Holland, South Africa and beyond to celebrate with them.

Elena got ready in one of the cottages before everyone was whisked down the road to the church for the ceremony — and then back to Priory Cottages for the celebrations.

And what a celebration it was…

An oyster bar (possibly the most swanky wedding food station I’ve ever photographed 🦪), a gorgeous sit-down meal, fields stretching out around the venue, and plenty of time to soak up the sunshine with the people who’d travelled so far.

Then came that glorious summer sunset before the lights went down and the DJ took over. Cue dancing, partying and one very happy crowd.

The kind of wedding where you can feel just how much it meant to have everyone together. ✨

✨ DANNIKA & BEN ✨

Back at The Tithe Barn for Dannika & Ben’s day. It was an absolute belter 🤍 Married surrounded by their three little ones, all their favourite people, and yet another scorcher ☀️

The barn looked unreal thanks to the team at The Tithe and Absolute Pampas, the shots were flowing and Dannika looked incredible.

From emotional an emotional ceremony to a full-on reception and DJ party with their mates bringing the energy 🔥 And of course… we finished with sparklers ✨

Another epic day, another gorgeous couple, and another reminder of why I bloody love this job ❤️

✨Emily & Alex ✨

Well… it was HOT. Another one of those blistering July days where everyone is permanently on the hunt for shade, a cold drink or someone with a fan!

Emily and Alex got married at Bolton Abbey Priory. Once they were officially husband and wife, we snuck off into the grounds of the Bolton Abbey estate for some photos together, while everyone else headed up to the Tithe Barn for celebratory drinks and the mass searches for shade.

Thankfully, the Tithe Barn is basically the dream venue for a scorching hot day. Those big old stone walls keep it beautifully cool, so everyone could escape the heat, regroup, fan themselves vigorously and get ready for the party.

And what a party it was! The sparklers were a particular highlight — everyone was VERY excited about those! ✨

But honestly, the best thing about this day was Emily and Alex themselves. They are two of the loveliest, kindest, sweetest people and it was such a joy to spend the day with them.

A ridiculously hot day, a beautiful setting, a brilliant bunch of people and one hell of a party.

Emily & Alex, thank you for having me along for the ride. I absolutely loved it.

✨Loren & Rich at The Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey ✨

Black tie. Seriously swanky. Guests from all over the world. A roaming band that were absolutely brilliant! And one hell of a party.

And honestly? The vibe was ELECTRIC.

Every single guest seemed to have arrived ready to party, and they absolutely delivered. There was dancing, laughing, live music, plenty of cocktails and a late night DJ.

A gorgeous, glamorous wedding with a seriously fun crowd and a couple who know how to throw a party.

Loren & Rich, what a day. What a couple. What. A. Party. 🥂

Thank you so much for trusting me with such an important chapter of your lives!

✨JO & DANIEL ✨

A two day wedding celebration and why not?!

Jo & Daniel turned their wedding into a full weekend at the wonderful Craven Arms in Appletreewick, with guests camping nearby and celebrations that felt so relaxed and easy.

Jo looked incredible in her short wedding dress with that amazing statement bow. Every detail throughout the day was handmade with love. They also chose to do a first look with their bridal party before heading off to get married — meaning the bulk of the photos were already in the bag so they could soak up every second of the party.

In day two, everyone met again for a walk in the Yorkshire Dales, followed by more food, drinks, and celebrating back at the pub.

My kind of wedding. Congratulations again, Jo & Daniel!

✨ CLARA & JOE ✨

Some weddings are all about the big moments. Others are about the feeling… and Clara & Joe’s day had the loveliest feeling from start to finish.

Clara spent the morning getting ready at beautiful Grassington House before making her way to the gorgeous, old-world charm of The Craven Arms Cruck Barn, tucked away in the Yorkshire Dales. My favourite pub!

Wearing a stunning flower crown and carrying the most colourful bouquet filled with sunflowers and summer blooms, she looked absolutely radiant.

No fuss. No rush. Just good people, happy tears, lots of laughter and two people completely wrapped up in each other. The kind of wedding that reminds me that sometimes the simplest celebrations are the most magical. ✨

❤️✨GARETH & FRANKIE ❤️✨

Oh May how I bloody love you..the ‘proper’ start to my wedding season and that annual reminder that the dark, winter days are over.

Gaz & Frankie enjoyed all that May can bring at their stunning Ribble Valley venue. A day full of colour, chaos, confetti and so much personality. Bright peonies and bold florals brought all the summer energy, the confetti absolutely flew, and the dance-floor delivered exactly what you’d hope for from this crowd 💃🪩

Frankie wowed her new husband and guests in the dreamiest gown with the most incredible removable overskirt for the evening, paired with a hand-embroidered veil. A wedding room filled with scents of a candle on each table…divine! A menu of deliciousness from top caterers
Ooh and a live artist! What’s not to love!

The Out Barn really is one of those venues that lets a wedding feel like a whole weekend away with your favourite people — relaxed, beautiful and completely personal.

What a day these two created 🫶

Some weddings take years to plan… and some come together in just over a week, filled with nothing but love and what truly matters 🤍

They said “I do” surrounded by their closest family and friends, with the sunshine pouring down and Embsay Crag standing proudly in the background.

From the church ceremony to the reception and evening at the Elm Tree Inn — a place so close to Sophie’s heart, where she grew up — every moment felt personal, emotional, and beautifully real.

There were tears (held back… mostly), laughter, and a whole lot of love in the air. A day that proved it’s not about how long you plan… it’s about who you’re with 💫
