After a busy year with very little time we headed to Scotland to spend NewYear with good friends before they head over seas. Much needed down time.

1 of 3 - A lovely walk in mystical light n cloud.
2 of 3 - A Pagan festival to banish the bad spirits and welcome in the new year
3 of 3 - a dip in icy loch.
Perfect.

On bonfire night we got to see a pretty special light show. The northern lights were visible via camera lens above the Yorkshire Dales, this was taken on the moor above the village we will eventually be living in.
A rare thing to see, this is a STEVE, appearing at the same time as aurora borealis caused by a fast moving stream of extremely hot particles called a subauroral ion drift, it appears as a ribbon. Very rare to see from the ground. Lucky us.

The amazing Chloe Milburn] was shortlisted 10x in the Pink Lady Food Stylists category. Here are the 3 we shot together.
What a superstar, awesome work Chloe.

Here is the Parma ham canapé round 2, toned down to less fancy levels. Still a stunner none the less!
