Victoria & I had a great photoshoot for the branding of her new business which specialises in nutrition and behavioural support for disordered eating and eating disorders.
During the relaxed and somewhat warm shoot in her garden and home recently we chatted about the issues around food and behaviours for people of all ages and genders. She has so much experience and insight into this very tricky and sadly much needed area of support.
Victoria is a UK-based, BANT-registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, an MSc in Nutrition and an MA in Health Education and Health Promotion. Her mission is simple: to free clients from the shame, distress and fear that disordered eating brings, and to help them build a healthy, lasting relationship with food and their body.

It was wonderful getting back to family photoshoots this weekend after having had a ‘little’ time off to enjoy special holiday time with my family. It’s all precious moments whether it’s an extravagant trip abroad or a few hours in the park. Spending time together is what matters.
