Almost a fifth of Brits say it's their favourite filling. And M&S jumped on the bandwagon this week, with their 'Posh Egg Mayo and Watercress' sandwich - for an eye-watering £6.

The monthly club - brainchild of GP Dr John Havard and his team - is designed to help combat loneliness, which is associated with a significantly increased risk of heart disease.

Image recovery service for a local client. The customer emailed a copy of a very old and small, low-res, fuzzy image of their late parent and wanted it improved, enhanced and colour added to be printed as an A3 wall print.
They were blown away with the results.

I took this photo of Claire back in March when the weather was a lot fresher - I also took a plunge in the ice bath or, rather, a slow and painful submersion!)... it featured in this week's article in the Mail when the thermometer reached a staggering, sweltering and historic 40C!

Last minute national newspaper portrait request on Tuesday for this piece about ex-Eastenders actor Pete Beale. Taken at the Grove hotel in Watford and not a lot of time to complete and submit.

Peter Dean, who played Pete Beale on EastEnders in the 1980s and 1990s, found out he had a daughter, Demi Marrese, from Enfield, after sending a sample to DNA-tracing website Ancestry.com.
