🌸 British Flowers Week ~ Floral Takeover 🌸

Today I spent the morning at Blooming Green, an incredible local flower farm growing beautiful British flowers right here in Kent.

There’s something very special about seeing flowers where they begin their journey. Walking through rows of seasonal blooms, seeing what’s growing naturally and appreciating the skill, care and patience that goes into every stem gives me a whole new appreciation for the flowers we enjoy in our homes, at weddings and in our work.

I’ve worked with Blooming Green for several years and absolutely love using their flowers in my wedding work. Their seasonal, characterful stems bring so much beauty and movement to arrangements. I’ll be sharing more about that tomorrow... 🌸

British Flowers Week is all about celebrating the growers, florists and flower lovers who champion British-grown flowers, and I’m so grateful to have places like Blooming Green on my doorstep.

This month is looking busy in the best possible way...

Networking, Business Book Club, freelance floristry, football fiestas, our 18th wedding anniversary 🤍, British Flowers Week, photo shoots, a George Michael tribute (yes, my sixth time 🫣), a fundraising walk and launching the third date for The BRAND Refresh.

A month of work, flowers, community, celebrations and making memories✨
