DRIVE-BY SOAKINGS.

A short haul trip to the Canaries in Deepdale this afternoon to continue my photo series. It was actually hotter than the Canaries.

Refreshing to see water pistols, basket balls and bicycles as opposed to mobile phones and tablets.

It was an absolute joy to witness several drive-by soakings for anyone unfortunate enough to have their car windows wound down!

Loved the fact that this little boy decided to mimic me, using the remote control for his toy car as a makeshift camera!

Oh and that’s a girl holding a balloon riding past on her pet Unicorn.

I watched the Bus Station film by Gloria Regonesi last night at the Harris Museum.

The highlights for me were undoubtedly the two ladies travelling to Ma Kelly’s and the fact that the ramps were potentially inspired by Berthold Lubetkin’s Modernist Penguin Pool at London Zoo.

I never tire of documenting this Brutalist Behemoth’s curvaceous charms.
