I’ve just finished editing a video of Ten Years Too Late’s performance at Ruckus Festival.

I thought I’d share a behind-the-scenes look at some of the challenges I faced while filming and editing the video, along with a few thoughts on the creative decisions that shaped the video.

I’ve finally decided to start a blog.

I’ve been wanting a platform where I can share more of a behind-the-scenes look at the shows and events I work on, the challenges that come with them that you never see in the final photos or videos, and everything else that goes into making it all happen.

Nothing Special is a place where I can do exactly that.

My first post is all about my weekend at Ruckus Festival shooting photo and video for Ten Years Too Late on the Friday, then switching roles to artist liaison on the Saturday. It’s a look at the weekend from my perspective and some of the moments you don’t get to see.
